The Springfield Youth Health Survey (YHS) is administered to 8th grade students, and the Springfield Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) is administered to 10th and 12th grade students. The YHS and YRBS questionnaires are modified versions of those used in the statewide survey initiative.

2023 district-level data are now available!

The Springfield Youth Health Survey Initiative planning team is working on other ways to disseminate the data to schools, youth, parents/caregivers, and the community at large. More to come...

Over the past 30 year s, we have strengthened partnerships and uplifted community voices. We are more committed than ever to ensure everyone has what they need to lead a healthy life. Thank you for your decades of partnership and lifetime of active hope.
