Shane D. Brooks is a lifelong Chicopee, MA resident; he is a graduate of American International College with an MBA in Finance. He has been a member of the Chicopee City Council for the past 20 years. He has been working in Human Services for the last 30 years and most recently held the position of Vice President of Community Based Residential Services at Gándara Mental Health Center. He is the parent of two adult children and a rescue dog.
