Sarah Morgan is a Greenfield resident and Western Massachusetts community member. She previously served as Vice President of Human Resources at Health New England, where she provided strategic leadership and helped shape Health New England's people-focused and mission-driven culture. Sarah graduated as Juris Doctor in 2017 from Western New England University School of Law. In her over five year tenure on the PHIWM Board, Sarah has served on the PHIWM Governance and Partnership Committee, the Race and Health Equity Committee, and one term as Board Vice President.
