Lisa Allen, MSW is the co-owner and lead consultant of L & E Innovative Business Solutions LLP, a for-profit consulting firm providing organizational development, strategic planning, evidence-based practice implementation, and outcome-driven program design for organizations nationally and globally. With over two decades of human service experience, Lisa’s work reflects a deep commitment to strengthening communities through leadership, wellness, and sustainable systems of support.
Lisa is also the host of The Journey to Divine Intervention Talk Show, a platform created to bring voices together globally—creating space for stories to be told, experiences to be shared, and voices to be heard. Through this work, she continues to elevate conversations centered on healing, purpose, transformation, and community impact.
Lisa serves as a Board Trustee for W.A.G.E. International, supporting advocacy and global community development. Her commitment to philanthropy and international partnership extends to her work with the Midwifery Exchange in Ghana, where she has been recognized for her dedication to maternal health, empowerment, and cross-cultural collaboration. Through this work, Lisa helped establish a global partnership between GynZone—recognized as the largest OBGYN/Midwifery training platform in the world and known for improving clinical outcomes and reducing morbidity—and the Midwifery Exchange, a collaboration now in its second year of implementation in Ghana.
In addition, Lisa oversees her fourth doctoral rotation through William James College and is entering her fifth, where her current projects include program development, clinical oversight, accreditation support, and curriculum development, strengthening both clinical training and organizational excellence.
Lisa is a 2025 100 Women of Color Honoree, has been recognized by America’s Who’s Who, and continues to build a legacy of service and leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, graduating with High Honors, and a Master’s in Social Work, graduating with National Honors.
