"When it comes to advancing racial justice, shared language is so important not just as the initial starting place for understanding, but as a constant, grounding guide to continue educating ourselves and others of why the work we do matters. It is why I have "Our Shared Language: Social Justice Glossary" by YWCA bookmarked."
