Tap Into TechSpring "The Social Services Social"

August 30, 2018

The Public Health Institute of Western MA is excited to partner with TechSpring to bring you The Social Services "Social". At this event you'll learn the preliminary results of our regions Social Services Assessment survey and get an update on new Accountable Care Organization and their work to link with social service agencies. We are pleased that Western Massachusetts leaders have such strong interest in developing stronger connections among social services and healthcare as part of their commitment to our residents. We look forward to sharing the survey results and supporting a process to move efforts forward so everyone will have what they need to lead healthy lives.
