Join the MA Department of Public Health on April 24, 2024 for a webinar to learn more about the Community Health Equity Initiative data and what TA is available. PHIWM staff will be joining as one of the CHEI Regional Data & Action Support Providers.
In this webinar, you will:
- Learn about the purpose and methods of the 2023 Community Health Equity Survey
- Understand how to use a racial justice frame when viewing and interpreting CHES and other data
- Understand what technical assistance and capacity building resources are available to assist you in using CHES and other data for action

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health will use survey results to improve programs, guide funding and resource decisions, and support policies that address health inequities. They will also share survey findings with partners across the state to help strengthen their efforts to improve health in their communities. The survey will be open from July 2026 through early Fall 2026. Anyone age 12 or older can participate. It takes about 15 to 30 minutes to complete and is available in 12 languages.
