Kelvin Molina, MPA
Environmental Health Manager
Kelvin Molina brings extensive experience in project and program management, developing cross-sector partnerships, and coalition building. He also has experience in community engagement, resident leadership development, non-profit management, grant writing, and strategic planning. Kelvin’s responsibilities include oversight of the Springfield Healthy Homes Collaborative and the Pioneer Valley Asthma Coalition. In addition, he is also a Veteran and continues to serve in the Army National Guard with over 19 years of service as a commissioned officer with the rank of Major. Kelvin holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration on Community Planning as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Regional Planning and Environmental Science from Westfield State University.
