Steven F. Bradley is a dynamic and innovative leader who has held senior strategic planning and institutional executive roles in areas including healthcare management, non-profit/Community Based Organizations, government relations, community relations, and public affairs. Steven introduced and implemented programs and practices that delivered positive change in support of the organizations’ mission and achievement of business goals. In executive roles with Baystate Health for 15 years, he initiated and led major transformations in profitability, operating efficiencies and quality of care as well as public perception, community relations and government relations. Early in his career, Steven held key positions in state government as Chief of Staff for the Massachusetts Senate Committee on Ways & Means and for the Senate Assistant Majority Leader’s Office. Public sector experience also includes being the first Regional Director, Western Massachusetts Department of Mental Retardation where he established the department’s Regional Cultural Competency and Diversity Initiative. Bradley is known and respected for creating strong relationships across municipal, state, and federal government political and thought leaders; fundraising; and his ability to assess budgets, legislation, and technical developments and their impact on an organization. He is a Registered Lobbyist. Most recently, Steven founded and launched a consulting firm providing solutions on a variety of healthcare, government, and community relations issues based on his exceptional record of success in challenging and complex leadership roles spanning both the public and private sectors. A recognized healthcare industry expert and proactive champion of reducing racial and ethnic health disparities, Steven is frequently quoted in the media and serves on many professional committees and boards.
